The made my paradise drink perfectly, I asked for no ice and she still made sure that my drink was cold.
It’s the same as what people say on here. The service could be better. I went with someone and they couldn’t get their name right so we stood there wondering who they were trying to call. The staff had an attitude and attempted to call out the name a couple times and eventually said “whatever”.

Only 2 baristas were working and they got my order wrong. The sticker on my cup says a mocha and I got a hot chocolate, no coffee at all. If I wanted a hot chocolate, I would have ordered one.
