at the cross county mall in yonkers i went inside starbucks while waiting for my shopping buddy and yes the outdoor mall has plenty of options to grab a coffee or a light bite but i prefer starbucks as the crowd type is a bit more civil then the burger king or dunkin donuts types. ordered a large frappuccino, a lemon pound cake. sat the back communal table , used the free wifi and i got my next 35 minutes covered. nice friendly staff and they work quickly as the line to order...read full review
3 days on a row I came to this Starbucks and the costumer service is terrible . Workers don’t welcome anyone have a very disappointing attitude . I asked for plain croissant and the girl by the name alisa doesn’t even look at you and keeps her head down Sauk for we don’t have . Then I asked fro the sugar plum and she said no shaking her head . It’s the same as what people say on here. The service could be better. I went with someone and they couldn’t get their name right so we stood there wondering who they were trying to call. The staff had an attitude and attempted to call out the name a couple times and eventually said “whatever”.
