Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility can be very tight. I have been to many Panera Bread locations. Often it’s possible to find at least one spot near the front but often they’re also taken or there is very little space around the wheelchair so it becomes an inconvenience for the other patrons. Panera has the best soups. The bistro French onion, tomato, and cheddar broccoli are my favorites. This particular panera in bay plaza happens to have the best service. They are always friendly, welcoming, and kind.

This is a location within Cross County Mall and you expect better from them, since this is in a mall that welcomes hundreds of people every day.If I have to grade location I will give a C .
