Great bread, I am a salesman for Italian food Import distributor I bought your bread From my customer A&S market in Mt Kisco NY 3 weeks ago and make it my business to get 2 loafs every Tuesday
Best bakery in NYC. I know it's commercial, but it doesn't matter. True story: I went to a Michelin star restaurant. The best thing about it was the bread. Really, I wish they hadn't brought me the food. After the bread, it was a total let down. I would have been happier with a basket of the stuff, some good butter and nothing else. I asked where they got it, it was from Il Forno. The next day I was going to New Haven, so I stopped by. I got all sorts of loafs. Each one was spectacular....read full review

This is by far the best italian bread I have ever had, I know good italian bread as I was born in Puglia, Italy. I am always searching and looking for bakeries with real italian bread.
