Amazing Uyghur restaurant. Bomb lamb skewers. Family owned and everything is made on the spot. Diced noodles are the best!!!
It was a wonderful experience. I totally recommend visiting Caravan and, if possible, taking their cooking classes. The food is delicious, the owners are super friendly and the place is cozy. Will definitely come back when I’m in town.

The restaurant was temporarily closed but has since reopened, continuing to serve delicious Uyghur dishes.
