“We came here for a quick bite. I just ordered an ordinary frankfurter, although there are many more complex styles. I did not realize there was a speakeasy inside here and they'll deliver the hot dog to your seat. I should come back here to try more options.“

“So delicious! You must order at the kiosks outside, and then walk in the back to pick up your order. Service was fast and you can tell they take care to make sure quality is satisfactory. The space was clean, although there’s no where to sit or stand and eat. So you have to take your food outside and find a spot, which is not always pleasant because 32nd street is very busy. Regardless, the hot dog was so tasty and the portion size was large. I would come back here!“

“With an appetite on the search for a corndog, we avoided the questionable city food trucks and google searched the closest one; Chelsea Papaya turned up.

The corndog as seen in the photo, was crunchy, great balance of mustard, ketchup, cornbread and overall ✨amazing✨ soo if you’re particularly looking for a cornbread, check the place out. Staff was nice.

“First noticed while watching the movie Fools rush in. Since my last name is Gray I always wanted to go there. Been there in 2010 the first time and immediately fell in love. A couple a weeks ago I went to New York on short notice and the first thing on my to do list was going there. Say what you want. Those are the best hot dogs on the planet. And I will go there again everyone I visit NYC. You just have to love them❤️“

“Got the half mozzarella, half beef dog with the potato coating and it hit the spot. Super crispy on the outside, cheesy and juicy on the inside. It is one of those things where you take a bite and immediately want another.

Edit: I wish it came with a full beef dog instead of just half, and the kimchi fries didn’t include enough fries or kimchi for what we paid.“

“Great late night place to grab a bite.“

“I’ve tried over a dozen Halal carts in the city, and this one has by far the best chicken over rice. Once you try it, you’ll go out of your way to come here every time you crave halal.

The chicken is juicy and always perfectly flavored and cooked. All ingredients are fresh. The sauces are great, and the red sauce is VERY spicy (love it)

The folks running it are super friendly and the cart is kept clean.

I’m legitimately concerned that once people find out about this place, there will lines around the block. It’s one viral TikTok away from becoming an overcrowded tourist spot.“

The dessert was definitely the highlight, we had the banana split which was awesome. Nachos were average, salad was big but could have had more going for it. Kids liked their meals. “This place is probably in my top favorite burgers I’ve ever had. We had the Californian and a cheese burger. The buns they use are some sort of brioche and it really took the burgers to the next level. The portions were surprisingly great, especially for this area of Manhattan. The fries were so good too! I’m a burger snob and this place exceeded my expectations!! It is very small inside but there is some outdoor seating. I’ll def be eating here again next time I’m in nyc!“

“Tried Frankies Melt and was definitely worth the money and had a Pineapple Fanta to go with it, if we had the pineapple fanta back home It would definitely sell a lot. But if you come to grand central you definitely need to try Frankies hot dogs“

“Absolutely the best place to go to Grab a drink after work , Have some Lunch, Watch the Game meet some amazing people, Phenomenal customer service and randomly go play some pinball in the back, while playing giant Connect four or Jenga. even eat or drink outside. great environment, my favorite go to bar and I live in The Bronx. Great Drinks, Great Food, Great Staff what more could you ask for.“

“It’s my first time trying here. I bought chicken pita wrap. It’s delicious, halal and very reasonably priced (8$). Portion is not big, so it’s better for somebody who wants a quick meal-snack. The hot sauce is really hot, don’t underestimate!“

“This is one of the best five guys I’ve ever been to, and a lot of it comes down to the staff. The manager, Shiniqua, is so warm, helpful, and friendly. All the people behind the grills are really efficient and kind too!

I’ve been here a handful of times, and it’s always a solid experience. My burger is always the way I want it and it comes out quite quickly. I can’t imagine how many people come in and out everyday, and how many may be tourists, but I’ve always seen everyone be really patient. I’ve also seen the manager go above and beyond, using the Spanish she knows to communicate with a customer trying to order. She’s also walked my roommate and I through soda options you could make on the machines.

The customer service experience here is really great front and back of house. They get all they need to get done and I’m sure it’s in part to strong leadership from Shiniqua.“
