Went to Serendipity while in New York and had the best time. Indigo, one of the hostesses, was so much fun. She has this amazing energy that makes you want to stay all night. Our server Leo was kind and patient as we navigated the menu and stayed on top of everything making sure we always happy. We got the salted caramel frozen hot chocolate and it was delicious. Such a good spot and highly recommend you go and say hi to Indigo!
I love this place. They are accommodating and kind. My daughter doesn't do well with loud noises and they immediately recognized that and said they would place her in a quiet area and turn down the music. I didn't even think to ask ?♂️. And of course the desserts are incredible. It's been a few years since I've visited and the interior looks great. Thank you!

We came here specifically for the frozen hot chocolate and whimsical atmosphere and it didn't disappoint. We had a reservation and had to wait about 15 minutes before being seated, yet walk-ups were being told 15 minutes too. They also have a $18.95 per person minimum spend. We ordered fries to dip in the frozen hot chocolate, delicious. We'd definitely return our server was attentive and prompt.
