Serendipity 3 is a fun, iconic spot, but the food was a bit of a letdown. The burgers are overpriced for what you get and unfortunately didn’t live up to expectations.
The real reason to come here is the frozen hot chocolate. It’s exactly the kind of indulgent, over-the-top treat that makes the experience worthwhile and is definitely the highlight of the visit.

Food and atmosphere are on another level. Best frozen hot chocolate ever! You can't be in this restaurant and be sad. The music, decor and ice cream puts a smile on my face every time. Highly recommended on your next trio to NYC!
