The girl at the register, Luissanna, I guess doesn't speak English so she misunderstood me when I asked for a water cup and charged me for a large drink, which is fine. Service is completely disorganized, kitchen is running out of food in middle of lunch service, servers mixing up orders, manager is walking around clueless, cashier is slow and uninterested. Used to eat here a lot, not anymore. Gave two stars because like the food.

A very hearty, warm and delicious meal. Since my companion couldn't eat cilantro, I asked if they had rice without cilantro, and they brought me rice without cilantro mixed in. Are there any stores that do this?
