As a traffic agent I work near by and usually go there. Customer service is really nice. Manager and hisemployees are very polite and respectful for there customers. Overall fast service and quality food. I recommend this.
i notice that many subways on the mid to upper east side are closing shop like crazy , maybe it's the high rents or maybe too many close to each other , what ever the reason this upper east side subways on 2nd ave off 62nd st is still alive and kicking .if you happen to visit during lunch time trying to find a table is not easy especially with only a few available inside the smallish space but if you happen to visit during the morning time which i only do then it's fairly empty...read full review

The guy making the sandwiches was friendly, but the portions in the sandwich were very small. I got the veggie delight and it was half the veggies compared to other subways. I appreciated that the guy added my veggie patty and cheese before toasting the bread without me even asking.
