A very hearty, warm and delicious meal. Since my companion couldn't eat cilantro, I asked if they had rice without cilantro, and they brought me rice without cilantro mixed in. Are there any stores that do this?

This used to be my favorite chipotle in Manhattan (tried 10+ locations) but not anymore. They seem to lack staff on Saturdays where there is always a heavy Spanish/black man serving food for customers (he seems to be a cook but has to be a food preparer because they don't have any now) . He's so unhygienic and disgusting. He never changes his gloves and wears them touching everything then grab your rice directly eww. I had the last meal there and almost puked ? thinking about his dirty hands grabbing my rice and lettuce, a moment before he was rubbing his face and poking his nose with them

The girl at the register, Luissanna, I guess doesn't speak English so she misunderstood me when I asked for a water cup and charged me for a large drink, which is fine. So she called over another girl on the side and had her refund me for the large drink but when I was explaining to the girl who came over about the situation and said that I was looking for a water cup and not a large soda, she was just busy giving me a refund and told me that I'm all good while giving me the refund receipt without giving me the water cup. Also, Luissana kept saying that she heard LARGE and that's why she charged me for the drink but I'm not sure how water cup sounds like a large cup but sure. Like hello? I just left because I didnt feel like fighting over a free water cup but it's just the lack of customer service and the lack of common sense from the employees that really annoyed me the most.

Horrible service from this place. Their employees are only worried about their personal life talking to each other while customers are waiting. I had to wait there while the employee finished his conversation with another employee. Thus place is beyond rude and just terrible

Horrible customer service. My phone died while I was in line on my lunch break and I asked if anyone had a phone charger I could use just to turn my phone on to pay for my food so they asked the manager and comes back saying "sorry we have no phone charges available." So I wasn't able to pay for my food. I work at store and I've experienced people's phones dying while trying to pay for food and we happily help people out with lending a quick phone charge. Awful customer service. It left me with no lunch on my 8hr shift at a super busy store.

I stopped by the guy he helped me seemed doing favor for me and he the only place to eat in town not friendly and adding the toppings like he measuring gold my burrito came empty I don’t feel I am eating anything I will never stop by chipotle anymore

Service is completely disorganized, kitchen is running out of food in middle of lunch service, servers mixing up orders, manager is walking around clueless, cashier is slow and uninterested. Used to eat here a lot, not anymore. Gave two stars because like the food.
