If I had written a review after my initial impression, it would’ve been a 1-star. We ordered $110 worth of mochi, plus $30 shipping. It was shipped via fedex, and delayed along the way. (Obviously no fault of the company) but when it did finally arrive, I knew immediately, before even opening the box that it was going to be bad. There was no sensation of cold whatsoever. The dry ice (which seemed pretty minimal for how much we ordered) had completely evaporated, and the mochi was soup. We were so looking forward to trying the mochi, but it was an utter disappointment. We immediately emailed the company, and with no argument at all, they sent us an entirely new order. This time, it arrived quickly, packaged better with double the dry ice, and the mochi was perfect! Best I’ve ever had! We will DEFINITELY order again!
