Hey there! So, let me tell you about my experience this morning. It was quite a busy day at the cafe I visited. Finding a seat was a bit tough, and the line took around 15 minutes just to place an order. I feel like they could definitely speed up their process or hire more staff to make things smoother. On top of that, there were a bunch of school kids around, so if you're looking to grab something on your way to work, this place might not be the best option. Just keeping it real with you!

Way to small and crowded once waited over 2o mins for a coffee and 2 bagels after I Mobile ordered it 15 mins prior ! 100 unacceptable!

Clean and efficient. I place mobile orders here during the morning rush and I am able for the most part to get in and out without issues. There is a person specifically managing the order distributions which helps with the flow. When it gets really busy like on a Monday morning (attributed to some of their promos too like the free coffee offer with purchase), things can take be a bit of time within reason. Missing one star because customer service (which is beyond their control really due to language barriers which impact communication); overall well intentioned and pleasant interactions.
