Seriously I've watched these employees go through so much sh-t and still manage to be friendly and relatively fast. I witnessed a woman have an angry mental breakdown toward the workers, even start throwing things and they still kept their cool and deescalated the situation. Nevermind the chaos of the atmosphere, they do their job and they've never gotten my order wrong. If I get a raise I'll be cash tipping more often because they deserve it.
Excellent customer service. The 2 guys there were working well together. And when they were out of my order, it wasn't a whole production for them to figure out they should offer me my choice of replacement. I have no quarrel with this DD!
