I never ever leave reviews BUT today I had it! I normally order from this location Thru Uber and I’d had an occasional missing item here or there . But today really tops it! Literally NOTHING was right with my order. Nothing ! All 5 items were , missing or wrong. Yeah Uber gave me my money but there goes my time wasted and nothing to eat. PLEASE PLEASE , triple check the orders before they go out !

They never have donuts available , if you close at 10:00 you always have to have donuts available , but not if you go at 4 in the afternoon they no longer have anything.

The staff here are awesome. I almost always order through the app and it’s always there waiting for me when I get there with no problems. I once accidentally ordered my iced coffee with the wrong add in and when I asked they just remade it without any hesitation. Love my Dunkin

Pricey for the food. I had two sausage egg and cheese wraps with a hash brown. It cost me $7.15 that to me is a little expensive. I rarely go there now.

Seriously I've watched these employees go through so much sh-t and still manage to be friendly and relatively fast. I witnessed a woman have an angry mental breakdown toward the workers, even start throwing things and they still kept their cool and deescalated the situation. Nevermind the chaos of the atmosphere, they do their job and they've never gotten my order wrong. If I get a raise I'll be cash tipping more often because they deserve it.

I've been to this location a few times in the past and they recently remodeled.Donuts and other foods are behind a glass display case so you can see up closer compared to from way behind the counter.The ambience is very open and bright.Got the connecting Popeyes adjacent which is also decent.This one recent visit however is worth noting to me to write this specific review.I need to point out Jamal for being a great employee.I was off to the side for probably a long while. Not on line or anything. He was the one who noticed enough to ask if I needed anything. At the time I was still in communication to what to get.When I was ready he followed through to help me place my order. One of my worries was scheduling but he assured me they would have my order ready for pickup.Overall great staff and communication with ordering.I've got to say that I've been to several Dunkin around the city and this one has probably been my more better experiences for Take Out. Staff very helpful and friendly.I def recommend this specific Dunkin Donuts if you are in the area.
