I walked in as there was no one at the register. I waited a few minutes to see if someone would I'll be right with you but no one said anything. They just kept doing what they were doing. Eventually a young man came over and asked what I needed.I ordered a ice coffee which was made before I could get to the other end of the counter so kudos to the young lady who did that but. Line too long,2 people work this Dunkin Donald's, service was normally, inside floor near the ice cream department, the floor was very sticky, it seems that it had not been washed in one year.

I can not stand the wait for this place. I order my coffee 10 minutes in advance and it's never ready. I always end up waiting 10-15 minutes for my mobile order to be ready. The hiring of more staff needs to happen asap.
