Imani Was the cashier in the drive-through, I was having an issue with my redemption code from the app. This is something that has happened to me before other locations. Only Imani was courteous and knowledgeable enough to help me sort out the issue, which was due to my favorite location being a different location from the store I was currently at. McDonald's is a reliable spot for a quick bite. The staff gets orders right, and their McDoubles and double cheeseburgers are always prepared as requested. They even ask about customizations and provide fresh fried French fries upon request. While the service can be mediocre at times, the food is consistently good. The fries are often hot and crispy, and the Big Mac hits the spot as always, making it a great choice for a quick meal when on the go.
There have been some issues with missing items in delivery orders, which can be frustrating, but the management is usually apologetic and willing to make things right. Sometimes the presentation of food is a bit off, and service can be off-putting, especially in the evening when staff may be inattentive or short with customers or drivers. However, the morning crew, especially the manager named Orwin, is known for being good at his job.
The restaurant is not truly 24-hour, as the doors close by around 10 or 11 pm, so late-night orders are not possible in the drive-thru without standing up to get the order. The soda fountain is available for customers to pour their own drinks, which is appreciated. Recently, the location addressed issues with unruly school children, making visits more pleasant. Overall, with a little more attention to service and order accuracy, McDonald's could improve its experience further.
