Average Dunkin, though they almost always mess up my order. Even though I repeat it like three times.

Dunkin' in Greenpoint is a popular local spot known for its friendly staff and efficient service. The manager, described as the "best" by a regular customer, is praised for his warm hospitality and genuine care for the customers. While most of the employees are reported to be great, one incident with a new, younger staff member caused some frustration due to a misunderstanding of the order. However, the other staff members, such as the "older, darker-skinned woman," were able to resolve the issue and provide a pleasant experience. Additionally, a customer notes the convenience of the location, the reasonable prices, and the availability of free Wi-Fi, making it a go-to spot when there is spare time. Overall, Dunkin' in Greenpoint is a reliable and welcoming establishment that caters to the needs of its local community.
