This Dunkin needs to step up their customer service. There is a trend in NYC of understaffed restaurants and stores in Predominantly black areas. This needs to stop. We should not endure longer wait times than other citizens.
Let me say this:1. The ladies at this store are wonderful! (just basic mannerisms is all I ever ask for)2. They make my drink and food perfect each time. ( iced coffee shouldn't be filled with ice) and the food should be hot with crisp bacon!3. Donuts stay fresh! Most places you go, by 11 the donut isn't as good4. It's so clean! I've been to this location a few times and the service has just been great I had to take time out to post about it.

This store typically understaffed, expect one person to be ringing people up, making drinks and food especially on weekends. One other reviewer mentioned a robbery - I was also there that day.
