I swear every time I go over there my drink is wrong. They either put too much syrup or not enough. I always order a mocha coolatta and today when I asked for them to make me one with not a lot of chocolate syrup and whipped cream, they didn't listen and put even more syrup on top of the whipped cream. This particular DD on Route 440, Jersey City, NJ has an 'Awesome' staff. They are very courteous and customer service oriented. Their coffee, latte etc are always made with 'Excellence', tasting good every time!
