I was really hoping after the remodeling of this locations that things would get better. I went there yesterday and ordered 3 donuts and 2 milkshakes. I asked for a giants donuts and got a jets ones.Idk if she couldn't understand me or what but after I ordered the cashier went to make coffees for someone else and another employee took over for her. she told me my total and I was like and 2 milkshakes too. I went in to Dunkin donuts and asked if they had oatmeal. The cashier said yes they do. So I asked if I could have a large oatmeal. He said ok. First the so called oatmeal was served in a large coffee cup. I figured hey maybe they're out of large cups no worries. When I got home and opened the container it was nothing in there but some sort of foggy water. When I say nothing I mean absolutely nothing but liquid. Not a grain, not an oat just foggy white water. Horrible experience. Their bagels and donuts are always stale. One time the donut was so old, that it was rock hard, I didn’t realize until my daughter took and bite and told me. It’s a shame this is the only DD near my home, but I will never go there again. They fail to improve even after I have given them in-person feedback.
