“I rarely write reviews for Uber Eats orders, but I wanted onigiri and this spot was nearby with delivery, so I placed an order. I chose Steve’s onigiri and the soft shell crab onigiri. Steve’s onigiri was outstanding; it was flavorful and the hot sauce provided a strong spicy kick. I expect to keep thinking about it until I can have it again. The soft shell crab was equally enjoyable. I will certainly return to order Steve’s onigiri and will stop by whenever I am in the area.”

The bowl base was filled with chilli paneer peaces (appetizer kind of thing) and above that was vegetable biryani.

“I ordered for dinner the ribeye steak and onion rings. Cooked medium, the steak was flavorful; I did not need any sauce at all. The place was clean and the staff attentive (it was a Wednesday night).The bill, surprisingly, did not include gratuity or tip. You pay either by card (small charge additional) or cash. The "downsides" are: no parking lot for diners as you park on the sides of the Avenue. There is also no alcohol (wine, beer or cocktails) served. I will bring my family here and recommend to friends.”

“O'Donnell's Pub has the best Guinness I've ever had. (And I have been to Ireland). Most places must use the wrong gases, or don't clean the beer lines and it taste almost grassy. Not a O'Donnell's. It is smooth and just fantastic.”

I don’t know how you did it, El Macho but he polished off a full plate of four carnitas tacos! The waitress was nice enough to just give him meat and added cheese but he devoured them. “The Vermella Bowl from EnjoyaBowls in Harrison, NJ is absolutely incredible. Everything tasted fresh, vibrant, and perfectly balanced. The fruit was super fresh and sweet, the toppings were generous, and the presentation was beautiful. You can really tell they care about quality.

One of my favorite things is how customizable it is. I love that I was able to add and remove items to make it exactly how I wanted — I added a couple extra toppings to mine and it came out perfect. That flexibility makes such a difference.

And the convenience? Unmatched. Being attached to my building makes it dangerously easy to grab one whenever I want something healthy, filling, and delicious.

“Great little bar near the PATH Station in Harrison. Located in the rear side of the Element Hotel on Somerset Street. Very nice atmosphere, friendly crowd and very friendly service. Reasonably priced drinks and if you like there is some seating outside the bar when the weather cooperates. I found it a nice place to stop and have a drink or two. I’d recommend stopping in when you’re in the area. A nice addition to the newly renovated, and ongoing, Harrison Station area.”

“I met a couple of my old coworkers there December 20th after 4 years. I wanted to go to a highly rated family-run place and this establishment didn't disappoint. The burgers, meatloaf and pita wraps were excellent. The owner Vinnie greeted us and seated us, then came by to chat with us. The server was attentive and seemed to like her job. About a 15 - 20 minute walk from the Harrison PATH station. I will be making future visits there with old collegues.”

“This coffee shop and bakery is absolutely fabulous. I stopped in this morning and had an iced caramel coffee with a little vanilla and oat milk and it was so good. I’ve been a few times and the staff is always kind, welcoming, and professional. The empanadas are delicious and I love the light, crispy breading, it reminds me of a Chinese fried pastry. The space is quaint and peaceful, and you can really feel the care behind this business. I truly hope to see them grow and open more locations in the future.”

“I went to this place in a clutch. Wanted some food and a drink after a late show at NJPAC in Newark after midnight. It is bar food; jalapeño poppers, wings, burger, etc but very good. The bartender was courteous and despite it appeared most patrons were usuals, we were treated well being it was a first time for us there.”

“I remember my grandma sending me there pulling my wagon. Knock on side door and ask for so and so. Can’t remember the name but he filled the wagon with dough to bring home. Best bread around. Stopped recently and was sad to see retail store closed. Back in the 70’s the line went down the block every Sunday morning”

“Absolutely incredible experience! The food was fresh, authentic, and bursting with flavor. Every dish had that perfect balance of seasoning that Peruvian cuisine is known for. The ceviche was bright and delicious, the lomo saltado was cooked perfectly, and the sauces were out of this world.

The service was fast, warm, and genuinely welcoming — you can tell the staff takes pride in what they do. The restaurant itself was clean, stylish, and had a great atmosphere.

Overall, one of the best Peruvian meals I’ve ever had. Highly recommended, and definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!”

The bartender made good drinks (though please keep the mint in the mojitos), and our server was very attentive, constantly checking on us, gave good suggestions and was able to explain every question. “I have been there 4 times , and never had a bad meal . Meatballs were large , moist and tasty , and stuffed mushrooms were excellent . The only thing I suggest is a BIGGER plate for the salad , that was also very good .”
