“Great family owned place for decades, when I go in they treat me like family because I’m kind and respectful. I’ve noticed a lot of people leaving reviews of one star only leave negative reviews and in my opinion often invalidates their opinions. Seems like most people want to have their butts kissed by their neighbors, but if you’re kind and respectful to staff they’ll return the favor. Food is delicious, prices are fair, and the kitchen is open and clean.

Dietary restrictions: They have vegetarian and gluten free options.

Parking: Parking on the street is available but there’s a Burger King next door that is often used to pick up orders.“

“I have been a customer for 9 years, moving from Kearny to Harrison, back to Kearny & I have never stopped ordering from them. They have a wonderful attitude, even during VERY busy times. Sweet lady who answers the phone is so pleasant. They always get my order right. The food tastes great, well cooked! There have been different people working here, but they must be family because they are all just great. Thank you guys for your service!“

“I have resided in Harrison for the past 9 years, hopping from one apartment to another. The one place I constantly order from is Chinatown. The food is consistently great.

“I was looking for a good spot to get Chinese food, after a not so great experience elsewhere in the area. Stuck to the basics and ordered Sesame chicken, egg roll, and egg drop soup and was pleasantly suprised. From other places I'd order sesame chicken and it felt heavy with so much sauce. The chicken here was great quality wise, and everything I ordered was spot on. I want to add that the staff was very friendly. I'll definitely be coming back soon.“

I can’t believe we found the best Chinese food in Staten Island of all the boroughs but we did! If you’re debating on whether or not to come you’ll regret not coming. “Little disappointed at this place. Saw they had Crispy Beef with Fresh Honey Walnuts Beef with a bed of steamed broccoli in a sweet brown sauce topped with sugared walnuts. Not crispy as from can see in pic. Was this really beef also? Walnuts were plain as well.Steamed Spinach Dumplings were a bit dry . Hunan Dumplings Spinach and beef dumplings topped with spicy peanut sauce. Spicy. I got not spicy but were very good. Would I try again. Yes think I would.“

“This place is busy, but worth the wait! The menu system is online and looks really clunky, but with the help of Google review photos I settled on the pan fried noodles and braised pork hock (which is highly recommended). The pork comes in a dark, rich savory sauce (they mentioned after it can also come in a garlic Sichuan that is sweeter). The noodles were fresh, with soft scramble eggs and a tang I couldn’t identify. Very good. And the pork literally fell off the bone and the skin was unctuous and filled with collagen and flavor. Would’ve loved some soy sauce at the table, but all in all staff is friendly, the space is airy, and the food is insanely good.“

“Second time to get take out from this place. The food is delicious, reasonably priced, and they are fast! Food is usually ready for pickup in 20 minutes. It’s always hot and they give you plenty of sauces. Today they also gave us a free spicy kimchi, which was a nice surprise. We got the appetizer short ribs, crab soup dumplings, pork soup dumplings, shrimp dumplings, shrimp shui mai, large mixed shui mai, wonton soup, and scallion pancakes. It was more than enough food for two of us and we will have the leftover for dinner. I hope they have the green beans next time, as I love those!! We will definitely order from here again!“

“What up guys! So I have been going here for my lunch break at least 3 times a week for the last 3 years and let me tell you, they are super friendly, CONSISTENT fresh food, great customer service. I highly recommend giving trying this place out. I either get shrimp w/broccoli with white rice, chicken w/broccoli in garlic sauce extra garlic sauce with white rice, 2 spicy salmon rolls and 2 spicy tuna rolls w/spicy mayo and eel sauce on the side oh yeah they have sushi too..😌, or chicken wings with shrimp fried rice I enjoy changing it up because everything is really that good.“

“Absolutely delicious taro paste with grass jelly — rich, smooth, and perfectly balanced without being overly sweet. You can tell it’s made with real taro and care.

I’ve been helped by Daniel on two separate occasions, and both times he’s been fantastic — friendly, patient, and genuinely attentive. He made the experience just as good as the dessert itself.

“First time here at the good “Panda China” restaurant. First impression? Fine addition to the community. The young lady that took my order was very pleasant. The chef seemed skilled and I must say the vegetables in both dishes (vegetable fried rice and lo mein) were fresh and full is flavor. The chicken wings were fried nicely and hard as we requested. “This is one of the best Chinese restaurants around. The flavor is there. The texture is there. Not the greatest atmosphere it’s kind of hot inside but the food is delicious. This and mayflower on Caselton are the top takeouts in the city.“

I had found one takeout place in Mendham that has done really well for years and when I work in that area I order it. On a whim I asked them how theirs was and said I would let her know.
