“Nana’s Noodle House is the type of place where you say “I’m just getting something light” and then leave emotionally attached to a bowl of noodles.

Everything here is ridiculously good. The broth tastes like it’s been perfected over generations, the noodles have the perfect texture, and every dish comes out looking like comfort food sent directly from the universe. First bite instantly had me rethinking every sad microwave meal I’ve ever eaten.

The portions are generous too, which means you’ll confidently ask for a to-go container and then somehow still finish the entire meal before the container arrives.

The vibe is cozy, relaxed, and welcoming, and the staff makes you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. Perfect spot for cold weather, cheat days, bad days, good days, or honestly just days ending in “y.”

“Come for the food, you won’t regret it. Sichuan food at its finest, this is not your typical American style Chinese food. Parking is difficult but there’s street parking nearby. Haven’t had Sichuan food this good outside of Flushing, Queens. Mapo Tofu, lamb cumin, and cold tripe/meat appetizer are 🔝⭐️“

“Ordered takeout and turned out delicious. The spare ribs were a delight the sauce was perfectly sweet and savory. Chicken and broccoli was fresh and tasty. The Singapore Mei fun was not overpowering with curry or too spicy it was great. The egg rolls took me back to when I was a kid. It was really delicious haven't had good takeout in a long time. Thank you.“

The flavors are perfectly balanced, and the ingredients are always fresh and high-quality. The only downside I noticed is that their Chow Mein options were not quite authentic and didn't look like what I was expecting. However, that didn't take away from the overall excellence of the restaurant. I highly recommend Jing Du to anyone looking for a great meal at a great price. This place truly deserves 5 stars!“
