Everything at Restaurant Yuan tasted incredibly fresh, from the crisp vegetables to the bright, clean flavors in each dish. You could really tell the ingredients were prepared with care, which made the whole meal feel lighter and more flavorful.
Incredible, hot, freshly prepared food stressing very special and specialized ingredients that you won't find elsewhere-- both my son and I loved the straw mushrooms dish and the squid dish-
