Never any fresh donuts, have/had difficulties every time ordering coffee & they blame me for their lack of understanding which is beyond my comprehension because it's always the same coffee.
Rude staff, Ordered a matcha latte that was 90% ice, and the other 10% was milk. The drink was legitimately white with the tiniest clumps of matcha stuck at the bottom - horribly made. The food was cold and probably not made properly

After purchasing several doughnuts and coffee, the staff in the morning shift on 11/25/23 denied me a plastic bag to carry all the goods. Now I understand why the place is empty most of the time. It’s worth the wait at Starbucks for better food and service!
