I ordered a small black iced coffee which already costs the same as most large iced coffees at Dunkin outside the mall. I’m okay with paying mall prices but they then charged me 50 additional cents for less ice. Then when I paid and asked why there’s so many up charges they pointed to a printed out sign on the wall of their own prices. I ordered a matcha drink during my visit, but unfortunately it did not taste as expected. I order matcha drinks from Dunkin regularly, so I felt fairly confident that something was off with the preparation. After trying to decide whether to keep it, I ultimately returned to the counter and politely explained the issue. I requested a refund because I no longer wanted the drink or a replacement.
