The bartender made good drinks (though please keep the mint in the mojitos), and our server was very attentive, constantly checking on us, gave good suggestions and was able to explain every question. “I met a couple of my old coworkers there December 20th after 4 years. I wanted to go to a highly rated family-run place and this establishment didn't disappoint. The burgers, meatloaf and pita wraps were excellent. The owner Vinnie greeted us and seated us, then came by to chat with us. The server was attentive and seemed to like her job. About a 15 - 20 minute walk from the Harrison PATH station. I will be making future visits there with old collegues.“

“I went to this place in a clutch. Wanted some food and a drink after a late show at NJPAC in Newark after midnight. It is bar food; jalapeño poppers, wings, burger, etc but very good. The bartender was courteous and despite it appeared most patrons were usuals, we were treated well being it was a first time for us there.“

“It's a great spot with a lively atmosphere. There are quite spots available if you have a large group. Reservations are important. They don't offer reservations for outdoor seating. Food wise, mostly the options are seafood based. I saw a lot of folks enjoy the tuna, salmon and lobster dishes. This place is not for vegans or vegetarians - all you get is a summer or ceaser salad with fries and crispy onions. The drinks menu is elaborate, saw a friend the perfect Manhattan. Desert wise we tried everything - key lime pie was extremely sour. Brownie sundae was decent and so was the other cherry-wine-vanilla combo. Nothing memorable about the New York cheesecake“

“Highly recommend! We had our wedding at Galloping Hill Golf Course in the summer of 2025. The day was everything we could have hoped for and everything went so smooth! We worked with Emily throughout the process and she was great to communicate with. Any questions were answered right away. We wanted a venue that had both inside and outdoor options and loved that it had a covered patio for use all night. Ellis was our day of coordinator and both of our bridal attendants made the day run so smooth. Our guests loved cocktail hour and dinner. There was a great amount of food we went with the seafood station, pasta, Brazilian, and Chinese. We also did the breakfast sandwiches to go for the end of the night! The golf course made great photo backgrounds as well. We had the best time and would do it all over again if we could!“

Bernard wasn’t just my server. He was a legend.

I ordered pancakes, and when they arrived, the restaurant fell silent. The pancakes were perfect. But then—DISASTER.

THE SYRUP WAS EMPTY.

I looked at Bernard. Bernard looked at me.

Without saying a word, he marched toward the syrup station like a warrior entering battle. Moments later, he returned with a fresh bottle.

The crisis was over.

As I finished my meal, I realized the truth: Bernard wasn’t an ordinary server.

We adore Garlic Old Bay Shrimp appetizers, fried calamari, crab cakes, BUTTERY lobster rolls, OMG!. For our entrées, we couldn't resist going all in! Seafood Linguine in Garlic Sauce, steamed clams, mussels, grilled salmon, and lobster tails with crabmeat stuffing (seasonal). If you don't see something on the menu that piques your interest, just ask your server if they can prepare it for you.
