Both soup and salmon(just a little on a fatty side) were very tasty, not oversalted and not over-seasoned, as it is unfortunately almost a standard today.
It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

Dry Dock Bistro is a clean place with polite and funny service. The owner takes his work seriously, and the staff is adorable. The food is fresh and delicious, with meals like soup and salmon (just a little on a fatty side) that are very tasty, not oversalted and not over-seasoned. Additional hot daily specials are not on the menu, and new items are added daily. The menu includes a fig salad, osso bucco, matzo ball soup, and a good selection of drinks, chips, and grab-and-go items like fruits and pastries. If dining in, they plate the food and provide real utensils. The ambiance is very nice, with clean seating areas. The prices are very reasonable. It is a wonderful upgrade and worth it.
