Applebee's Grill + Bar offers a mixed experience, with some positive and negative aspects. While the food quality was surprisingly good and cooked properly, the service was described as horrible. The restaurant's value was highlighted, with a meal for two priced at around $30. The establishment seems to have inconsistent service quality, with some visits being better than others. The cleanliness of the restaurant was a concern for one reviewer, who noted a bad smell and dirty conditions during their last visit. However, one reviewer found the place has completely transformed, with excellent service and attentive servers like Yousry. Drinks were spot on, and the food was fresh and delicious. Another reviewer experienced great service from manager Berta, who was friendly and ensured quick drink service. The environment and service provided by Yousry were also praised. Brenda's presence was noted for great food and service with good energy.
