Dunkin' Donuts in Jersey City

“The workers at this Dunkn' location are wonderful, very polite and respectable!! But the problem is the undesirables hanging around the drive-thru window. There should be no one standing around when I'm trying to pay for my goods. The man that was standing there yesterday had 1 shoe on, soars all over his face and hands and he was digging for gold in his nose!! I'm sorry its absolutely unacceptable and unfair to the young ladies and gents working the drive thru and to the customers who want to patron this location. Please see if there is anything that can be done to combat this problem.“

“The staff are honest and considerate. I forgot my credit card in the counter and they kept it safely. When I called them of my predicament , they did assure me that they have my credit card and I was able to pick it up with no problem. Thank you !

“They went and renovated the store now it looks horrible, it was fine the way it was previously. Now there is no room at all to move around mainly due to the donuts being up front and the line divider in the way.
On a Sunday get there before noon because church let's out and you ain't gonna be able to move around! It literally becomes a gen-z breeding ground 🤣
The munchkins are still dry with no glaze the glaze donuya look wet and they tend to leave bagel twists out in the open on top of the pastries case...its just so unorganized and cramped this remodel wasn't needed!
It honestly feels like the owner did this remodel on purpose to stop people from hanging out in the resturaunt and not to better the place.... Oh and beware no more key for the bathroom! If your on the toilet and the employees don't know you're in there someone else is gonna get buzzed in while your dropping those chocolate munchkins 🤣“

“they are always open through any holiday. their hot coffee is always fresh. their bagels are super fresh and soft. the crew members are super friendly and nice. i had my 4 year old kid in the store with me and they were so kind in accomedating him.“

“Dunkin used to be my go to place for coffee and breakfast. I used to go almost every other weekday for years, way before they even rebranded the name to drop "Donuts". After moving out of my home town, I found that other locations were always inconsistent or just down right bad with their coffee preparation, so I moved onto new coffee chains.

After a few years without Dunkin, I started going to this location this past year out of convenience. From the beginning, I had no complaints and my coffee and food always came out tasting good and in timely fashion.

Over the summer I finally found myself coming here on a consistent, almost weekly basis, and each time I'm pleased with my experience. This location is really consistent with their iced coffee and breakfast sandwiches.

The staff is always very friendly and when I stop in during non-rush hour traffic, they are attentive. Today was a great example. I stopped in around 10:40am, and I was in no less than a minute before the two woman who were working up front asked me what order number I was there for. They were very clear in communicating that they were working on my order and it would be ready shortly.

Just a shout out to this location. Whatever management is doing here, keep it up“

“This Dunkin, located just two blocks from my law firm, is my absolute favorite go-to place for breakfast. I can't go through my day without my iced coffee, strawberry donut, & croissant sandwich! This location is very well managed and clean. Customer service is great and food & beverages are consistently fresh and top-notch quality. The workers here are super friendly and hardworking. There's this Asian worker with the curly hair and glasses that is always there. He is really handsome and always gets my order perfectly. I would recommend this Dunkin to anyone who wants a dependable place for a quick grab & go experience :)“

“I usually go to Dunkin Donuts for a breakfast meal. This place on Central Ave in Jersey City Heights usually have seats to eat-in. The food is usually good because I never had a bad experience there. Their service is always fast and they are friendly when you speak with them. The atmosphere is Dunkin Donuts. No decorations, just a bland fast food as I see it. However, the one at Journal Square in Jersey City seems to have a better atmosphere. Central has a no-no with atmosphere.

Overall, if you want coffee and a quick bite, then go here.“

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp, but the door you need to push open yourself, which can be heavey. But staff are supper friendly they opened the door for me when I waved to them that I needed help.“

“Bought 4 dozen donuts to be taken back home to Canada last May 9. Staff very nice and accommodating. Place was clean and not too crowded. Will definitely come back again if ever in New York city ( staying in NJ ) hence went to this place. My concern only is parking. Need to stay inside DD as parking only good for 15 minutes or so. Do not leave car as it might get towed. Other DD locations in this area has same arrangements as well.“

“Went through the drive thru and it was a little wait till it was my turn to pay and receive my food. Always check your bags because sometimes they may forget something. But if you do notice that they did forget something and you let them know by the window they will quickly get it for you.“
