“Tatiana, Carmen, and all the other female workers know me I am a regular Tatiana as soon as I walk through the door she has my medium ice caramel latte done which she knows skim milk I see how they treat other customers very nice and friendly never seen anyone give attitude like other Dunkins I've been to... there coffee is done just right and the food service as well always fast and done right....there are so many Dunkin' in jersey city or in Jersey Period but my Go to is here the one on west side ave! “I needed to grab a bite before a long walk and a few stops, so I decided to stop here. I ordered a latte, a bagel w/cream cheese and a donut for later. Service was quick, my order was accurate and my food was good. There were a few people seated there, and more were coming in due to construction workers being in the area (as usual in JCY), but there was a seat available. I sat and ate in peace, browsed on my phone for a few mins, and was on my way.“

“This is the better of the two DDs in the area. The one on Kennedy and Bowers is so inconsistent and slow.I've only had an issue 3x here over the last 3 years, most of the time an easy fix. I do go outside of rush hour, but even when I have during rush hour, mobile ordering is a breeze.“
“The staff is generally great especially considering they're usually overwhelmed. My only issue with anyone in this establishment is the few employees that seem to be so inconvenienced by my deafness and have an attitude with me. But there are more employees there that try their best to make it an accessible environment and I truly appreciate that. So for the staff that gets annoyed by me...you may feel inconvenienced for a moment, but this is my life every day...dealing with people like that, people who treat me like an inconvenience.“

They are pretty quick at filling up boxes of joes, i'm big fan of donuts and they do have mostly all varieties and breakfast sandwitches.Lady working in the store doesn’t speak English well but was able to fill up my order quickly.Street parking only“
“The stop at Dunkin was worth it for me.I asked for a customized hot drink, it was done without hesitation. Nice touch for me, guy used long spoon to blend it well.Also they had my favorite donut, the apple crumb.Parking: Parking is not bad, remember Dunkin also shares space with convenience store. There is also a Gulf gas station here as well.“
“Prefer the drive thru . For faster service at the location. Inside though is nice. It's almost always clean however on rare occasions if firing the busy peaks during any day or night it might just take more time than normally for the guest areas to be attended and restored to readiness status the staff is friendly and polite but the service due to the small size of the service areas and limited working space behind the service counter slows the service down a bit due to no faults of the service staff but rather to a very small Dunkin location and restricted ltd working flow space behind the counter. I give a five star rating. This is to myself personally one of the rare locations that I've not gotten believedly sick after I've eaten food from . The staff is great. Here. It's the company's faults that the staff can not achieve for their location to receive many of the five star reviews i feel the staff deserves . Perhaps in the near future the Dunkin co. Would consider enlarging and remodeling this busy location . A seating area outdoors would be a great thing to update this location if included in any future renovations. Thank you to the staff for being so great and deserving of a five star review even though the circumstances of the location are limiting all potential for better. Y'all have my appreciation and thank you for all y'all do.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is tiny, often busy, limited space with from what I was able to notice there does not seem to be any wheelchair accessibility. And the entrance is right space with manual push pull opening doors to get inside then back out. I would suggest you consider ordering via the drive through and eat in your car . The location is not what I would consider to being handi-accessible at all. And it's now 2024.it should have met the modern days handi-accessible codes years ago and still has not met the most basic of handi-accessible needs. Wt...!?!? ,Duncan Corp.? Complete rebuild and host a grand reopening ASAP please!??“
“Old reliable! This place is always well stocked and well staffed. Sometimes it’s really crowded inside with nowhere to sit but the food and drinks are always made well and quickly.Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll in and through the entirety but there are two heavy doors on one side and one heavy door on the other without any accessibility buttons to open it for you.“
“I went to Dunkin today, between 3:15 and 4:15 today. I was compelled to write a review, I had the most amazing iced cappuccino made by this girl. I wanted to give her a shout out, she put a lot of the higher end cafes to shame. Mine was a mobile order so wait times were reasonable.“
“This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts location in the area. Yes, it's a chain, therefore you kinda have an idea of what to expect. With that in mind, the customer service is impeccable which is rare for Dunkin Donuts. During the winter you won't have to worry about them running out of cold brew but during the summer it's a survival of the fittest situation. They only have one concentrate for the entire day. If you ask for extra milk, even almond, they do not charge you. It's a small but nice addition that is missing from most Dunkin Donuts stores. I'm deducting a star for two reasons: - The store itself is very small. You will struggle to find seating. If it's a busy time (early morning and afternoon) you may not even be able to fit inside. - No WiFi. They advertise otherwise, but, it doesn't work and never has. Overall, it's a solid option for your caffeine fix. I tend to support local 50% of the time and a chain the other half. I suggest the same. Oh, and, please add some money to the tip jar! These folks deserve it.“

“Went through the drive thru and it was a little wait till it was my turn to pay and receive my food. Always check your bags because sometimes they may forget something. But if you do notice that they did forget something and you let them know by the window they will quickly get it for you.“

“If you're looking for the best Dunkin to go to you should go to this one we used to stop here a lot and we would always take a little five minute drive to go to this place I would always get the plain bagel they are quick service and they keep the line moving we sometimes go to this place every day like we used to and they really keep the line moving and it's located on 2 Garfield Avenue and they just really have good service so I recommend that you go here maybe you should just give it a chance sometimes you know without all the negative reviews!“
“I have been going there for 8months now and I love the place. The food is great and the coffee done to our taste. The place is very clean. The workers there are very nice and polite. The manager is awesome! She always greets us and is generous with her time. I highly recommend it! Come in and get a fabulous breakfast and say hello. ???“
