Manger was very unprofessional!! I went this morning to get a refresher. It came with green-tea instead of lemonade, but I realized we never clarified what I wanted.
I was waiting to go back up to the counter to ask for another drink, since it was partly my fault for not saying lemonade, and partly the managers fault for not clarifying what I wanted the refresher made with.

This Dunkin is not offensive. I see some other reviews complain about the staff being rude, I have never experienced that, but I have found that there drink are frequently worse and orders are wrong. There are two other Dunkin's within close walking distance, and after trying all three multiple times this one is the worse.
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at this Dunkin’. The manager was one of the rudest people I have come across in New Jersey—there was absolutely no politeness and her attitude came across as very judgmental and unprofessional.
Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. If someone is unhappy in a customer-service role, perhaps a position with less direct customer interaction would be more suitable.
