Today January 19 at 11:45am I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts. I picked my coffee and sandwich up and because of the nsow I asked for a tiny bag to put my sandwich in. There was a lady the rudest person ever, she yelled at me and deny to give me a bag and said that sandwich’s don’t need bag.

The manager here is very rude, sassy and impatient. She will speak very rudely to her co workers in front of customers and she is very impatient with customers. I see this lady almost everyday because this location is closest to my job and out of the 5 days of the work week she has an attitude 4/5 times. Every time i go into this store i have to mentally prepare myself to be ready to deal with her attitude. Its ridiculous.

Bathroom always out of order and locked , I have yet to see the bathroom open once been going here for months, I just needed to wash my hands before eating my bagel. No place to sit, its just a grab and go.Workers look miserable just looks like they don't want to be there.
