I guess they don't want to lose out on the glazed inventory sales. I pre ordered assorted munchkins when I got home it was just GLAZED and chocolate the two worst ones that I don't care for. We even specified we wanted mostly jelly and not even one was jelly- all glazed and chocolate. Then we went there for Valentine's Day to get a dozen assorted donuts and the whole case was stocked with glazed donuts only. I has very bad experience with branch in how they deal with customer i went their to take my coffee and found 2 women's stuff in register just laughing and kidding look to me and laughing i ask why u laughing and look to me is their is something wrong in my face or what ? they totally reduce my respect i feel angry nobody care they are just unprofessional and then i asked light sweet they deliberated one them give my coffee cold and very extra sweet !!!!!I will never go to this...read full review
Donuts are always stale no matter what time you go there , the workers always have an attitude and are always talking and never pay attention to your order , this is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in jersey
