I guess they don't want to lose out on the glazed inventory sales. I pre ordered assorted munchkins when I got home it was just GLAZED and chocolate the two worst ones that I don't care for. We even specified we wanted mostly jelly and not even one was jelly- all glazed and chocolate. Then we went there for Valentine's Day to get a dozen assorted donuts and the whole case was stocked with glazed donuts only. We were told if we didn't order GLAZED donuts we couldn't get anything else because they were out of everything else at 10am. Wish I took a picture.

I has very bad experience with branch in how they deal with customer i went their to take my coffee and found 2 women's stuff in register just laughing and kidding look to me and laughing i ask why u laughing and look to me is their is something wrong in my face or what ? they totally reduce my respect i feel angry nobody care they are just unprofessional and then i asked light sweet they deliberated one them give my coffee cold and very extra sweet !!!!!I will never go to this branch again . Totally angry .

This Dunkin has always been good over the past recent years. But now it's just not great. I've been going there since 2020 and every time the bagels are always fresh. but recently it's been very crowded there and they've been sold out of a lot of stuff so hopefully over the next couple years or so this will change back to the way it used to be.

These people are extremely rude and they always mess up the order. I always ask for almond milk and they never put almond milk in my drink. I asked for a egg and cheese sandwich on bagel. But I was give a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Wrong order all together.

Today was the worst. I used to start my day with a cup of coffee but this time, I wish I didn’t. After I ordered my breakfast sandwich and M hot coffee, the cup was too hot and I have an issue with my hands, can’t stand the heat. I asked if they can double the cup, the cashier (Jehan) said no. I explained that I can’t hold the cup, she gave me a disgusting look and refused. Then I offered to pay for the extra empty cup, she still refused. This lady seemed to have problem with certain customers. When I asked her what is her name to mention it in my survey, she refused. Well it isn’t a secret lady. I got it from my receipt. I used to order hot coffee from Starbucks, they always accommodate my needs of double the cup. But this branch, they have no idea how to earn a customer. They treat you like garbage or you work for them not other way around. Please do yourself and me a favor and go order somewhere else where you will be treated with respect as should.

She give me an disgusting attitude because I want spend my money on a homeless person. I asked what's the problem and she started to talking in Arabic with the other workers.I won't ever going back there ever again.Selfish people.
