Staff are usually nice however they never get my orders right and today was the last straw for me waiting for my American for them to not even put the order in having me wait all the time. I understand mistakes, but when they're this consistent with the mistakes then that should speak loud for itself for the service....just go elsewhere tbh.
This Dunkin, located just two blocks from my law firm, is my absolute favorite go-to place for breakfast. I can't go through my day without my iced coffee, strawberry donut, & croissant sandwich! The employee behind the register (he had a pichu sticker on his cap) was very sweet and when I was struggling with my card he helped me figure it out! Pleasant to talk too and honestly some of the friendliest service I've ever gotten in a Dunkin.
