After going here for years I feel compelled to write a review about an experience I had today. After picking up my mobile order of a coffee cake muffin, I realized only after I left the store that the muffin was burnt (hard as a rock). I went back to the store to get a more fresh muffin (which doesn't exists - they're all burnt). When I showed the store clerk the burnt muffin, he took it from me and put it back on the shelf in exchange for a new one! I wasn't wearing gloves. He wasn't wearing gloves. And the muffin that we both touched just goes back on the shelf. Unsanitary is an understatement.

This place is a last-resort type of spot when you need coffee, bagels, or doughnuts. Do not expect them to get your order right on the first try, be on guard so your order doesn't get taken by someone else, and (like every Dunkin imo) expect the coffee to be burnt.When the stars align perfectly, they're great, but the stars rarely line up

I'm rating this as the worst dunkin in all of New Jersey. Everyday its always dirty and the remote orders are always wrong or never completed. Today, the employees ignored three customers to yell at one another. It's awful. Go to the great dunkin in exchange place.

The cashier didn't understand that I wanted a Mountain Dew with my order, and instead bill me a Coffee Roll. I tried to say many times that I wanted the soda, but she didn't paid attention. I finished buying the soda in the Duane Reade across the street.

Do this location has new owner or management? I don't see the Asian workers on weekdays. The service is very poor now that they have different workers. 2 weeks ago, I ordered my Bagel with egg and bacon plus 2 Chocolate croissants. The non-Asian lady just gave me my bagel without the croissants. I had to ask her where are my chocolate croissants? This morning, I ordered online my multigrain bagel with egg and bacon and Americano coffee for pick-up in Grove st. location. When I got home, I found out they gave me "Everything Bagel" instead of multigrain and the Americano coffee taste so bad. Where are the Asian workers or previous workers that serve so fast, serve the right order and make a good DD coffee.
Worst Latte everrrr!!!!! They focus on getting you out of the store rather than taking time to perfect the craft. And there's still a wait!!!!

this place used to be the best D&D in Jersey City. Now it is horrible. No one understands your order, no matter what is. Black coffee, they ask if you want milk and sugar. Plain black tea, they ask if you want milk and sugar. Listen to the order. Whoever the owner of this place is needs to rethink all the recent hires.
