“Food is amazing not once have I ever received my food burned idk what this lady lillian lady is talking about she must be miserable with such a negative comment all the employees are nice never felt disrespected or rushed not once so hateful.“

Everyone here should get a raise bc they've set a very high standard for DD that I have never found at any other location. “Nice, clean, and spacious store. Comfortable seating. The staff is friendly. Washrooms are access controlled and clean. Parking is available and free :-)They were cleaning the floor while we were there. I guess it might get a bit messy if there was a larger crowd but they managed it well – and did not cause any inconvenience.“

“I heart Dunkin' Donuts... The bagels, the coffee, the bagels, and more bagels... YUMMY! It is my usual stop every morning, and though the lines are often long, they are ultra-efficient and it moves really fast. I love the staff here because they will always remember my coffee order and know the bagels I like and that I like them lightly toasted and all those eccentricities. They are also always fully stocked, i.e. I've never once been told that they were out of a particular kind of bagel or muffin, which is always nice.“

“I seldom review chain restaurants, but this Dunkin is above average. I work in the connected buildings and go here very often. This is the only Dunkin I’ve been to that the dark roast is not burnt and the people who work here are friendly and personable. “Went through the drive through around 8 pm because the store itself was closed to go inside. I ordered mobile pickup (just a regular hot coffee) and some munchkins for the road. When I said my name, the cashier immediately apologized and said there aren't any munchkins left. Sadly there weren't any sweets left but I said not to worry about it.When I got to the last window to pick up the coffee, the cashier ended up giving me a hash brown which I thought was super kind! He was the only one working there and the line behind me was busy. He didn't have to do that but I really appreciated it! 10/10 customer service!“

“Great staff and service, since I've switched to oatmilk I've noticed a difference in how well they make their drinks here. plenty of other Dunkins I've been to seem to be very stingy with their milk substitutes, but never had that issue here.“

“My experience at this Dunkin Donuts was pretty good it’s a older location the employee was not very friendly but not rude so I couldn’t complain the sweet tea was good and since it’s national donut day I was able to get a free donut and despite it being 2pm the donut still tasted fresh“

“Have always enjoyed Hot Pot and was thrilled when this location opened. The layout of the place is a bit odd. The bar is stuffed off in a corner and there is very little room up front. These things are only worth noting because unsurprisingly, at least on the weekends, you will almost certainly have a wait. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar, but by the time our table was ready, there was a huge crowd stuffed into the front end. In the summer this may not be as big a deal, but on a cold winter evening, this could be annoying.Other than that, the atmosphere is cheerful and upbeat. The place being relatively new is as expected clean and bright.Selected the mushroom broth for the hot pot and it was delicious. Ample options make it interesting. The server was friendly and helpful in making selections. The only problem, and I don't know where the breakdown was, whether it was the person taking the order, or the people bringing it out, but every order we placed, had something missing. Not really.thwt big a deal as you just ask for it and they eventually bring it. It is just a little annoying, and I am sure over time they will get any bugs they have in their setup fixed. And everything else is with that little inconvenience, because all the food is fresh and delicious.A second trip for the BBQ was equally delicious, and unfortunately had the same issue with orders missing parts was still there. But it still isn't annoying enough to prevent me from returning again.“

“I love coming here for my morning coffee! The baristas are so friendly, and I almost NEVER have a messed up order. My only issues with the this place, is the terrible drive thru entry point, and the homeless men and women that often wait by the pay window to ask for change. The drive thru starts abruptly close to the nearby street, making busy morning drive thru runs a living nightmare. Other than that, this is my favorite Dunkin in the area, and I'll continue to go past the Lyons Avenue, and Elizabeth Avenue locations as long as this one is around.“

I liked that it was there at Newark Terminal C and we happened to have plenty of time to stop here before our flight back to San Francisco. We had the Boston Kreme donut & glazed donut and it tasted great. We did not have the coffee, but from previous visits, Dunkin' Coffee is really good too.“

“First time I came here, they messed up my order in the drive thru so I looped around, and they fixed it without a problem. The second time I came here, they didn't put any napkins or anything in the bag for my donut. The coffee was extremely hot, but I guess it can be expected. Overall, the location is ok because there was no problem with the food itself.“

“Come here fairly often. Even when it's busy the food comes out properly. My only complaint would be the arrangement of the drive through. Traffic gets a little nuts in the am. They also run out of donuts fairly quickly. In the years I've been coming here I've only had maybe 1 or 2 orders messed up.“

“They served as a shelter for those of us who needed to warm up on 11/15/18, the day of the 1st snow. A lot of stores were closed but this was a 24hr location that allowed a few to stay behind to warm up while we figured out another way home.“

“Honestly the staff was super nice the location was clutch parking wasn’t bad the food was same as any the only thing that held it back was the frozen coffee collada had a stale taste like the coffee was burnt I’m not saying it wasn’t fresh it was just a different taste than I was used to maybe a little stronger than I’m used to which is fine for some I just couldn’t finish it because it tasted like pure black coffee almost bitterI’ll be back in a few weeks to try again maybe it’s just a bad batch everyone there was so nice it’s what earned them the 4th star 5 stars would have been everything and a good cup of coffee lol“

“This is the one by baggage claim #3 in T3. Hash browns were hot, crispy, and delicious - highly recommend. Dinged one star because they don’t serve frozen coffee at this location for some reason, even though they have the other frozen drinks.“

“I frequent this location a lot when I travel in the morning, and because of the long lines I usually just pre-order in the app. It can still take a while, but at least I don't have to wait in line and they always put a ton of cream cheese on my bagel and my coffee is always as ordered. For an airport Dunkin' it's very convenient and far cheaper than most other options in Terminal C if you're not in a lounge.“

“I rate each Dunkin by the taste of my Hot Caramel Latte. I placed my order via the drive through. Service was quick. My latte was on point so I may return in the future. My favorite Dunkin spot is the Maplewood Springfield Ave location. I noticed my fav workers aren't there so if they start messing up, I know exactly where to go.“
