I love that this location offers decent leather seating arrangements while creating open space atmosphere.

If you stay awhile, receive complimentary refills on your cold or hot coffee and tea.

That is an unusual perk for an airport Starbucks. My small coffee tasted good. It is a bit overpriced for a small. Almost paid five Dollars.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I’d recommend this place and look forward returning when I travel through.

“I got a chocolate croissant, egg tart, cream puffs cheese bread, along with the cinnamon caramel iced coffee, and both were absolutely amazing especially the iced coffee, the flavor was perfect. “I’ve been a Dunkin’ customer for years and never really cared for Starbucks. Recently, I decided to make the switch, and this location has completely changed my perspective.

The staff here are always friendly, professional, and welcoming. I usually stop by between 8:00 and 8:40 PM, and even though they’re preparing to close, the service never feels rushed. They consistently provide a great customer experience.

One thing I’ve noticed is that there seems to be a steady flow of customers during the evening hours. Since the team is already preparing for a later shutdown, it makes me wonder: why not extend the closing time from 9 PM to 11 PM? I think there would be plenty of customers who would appreciate the extra hours.“

“There was a guy harassing a female employee. He was telling her to smile, commenting on her hair. Very inappropriate. The employee ignored him and remained professional. Management did nothing and the manager was a female. A female customer spoke out and the man started to get hostile towards her. We left as soon as we had our donuts.“

People weren’t watching their kids and they were eating off other peoples plates. I don’t mind sharing with kids but please don’t allow them to stick their hands in random strangers plates. I would definitely return for take out not to dine in.“

“This place is located adjacent to Penn Station Newark, right across the street, and can be accessed through an above ground gateway (so you are completely under cover for the entire journey). So, the location is prime if you are in need of waiting for a train. There are seating areas in the restaurant ... as well as a lobby area just a few feet away. And it is relatively quiet compared to the hustle and bustle of the train station.

On to the food ... quite good. I went for the Chicken Gyro. I happen to get it as it was freshly carved off the spit. Yum! I paired it with some fries and a soda. Exactly what I wanted. And then, as mentioned previously, a comfortable place to sit and wait for my train.“

“Because we did not get time to stop by one in New York, we had to because it's always done during an East Coast trip before leaving. I liked that it was there at Newark Terminal C and we happened to have plenty of time to stop here before our flight back to San Francisco. We had the Boston Kreme donut & glazed donut and it tasted great. We did not have the coffee, but from previous visits, Dunkin' Coffee is really good too.“
