McDonald's is a clean and welcoming fast food chain with friendly staff. They are willing to accommodate special requests, such as altering a Big Mac. For many, McDonald's is a nostalgic and comforting spot that evokes happy memories. While the food remains the same, some customers have noticed a decline in customer service, citing long wait times and lack of attention from staff.
