“There was a guy harassing a female employee. He was telling her to smile, commenting on her hair. Very inappropriate. The employee ignored him and remained professional. Management did nothing and the manager was a female. A female customer spoke out and the man started to get hostile towards her. We left as soon as we had our donuts.“

“Have always enjoyed Hot Pot and was thrilled when this location opened. The layout of the place is a bit odd. The bar is stuffed off in a corner and there is very little room up front. These things are only worth noting because unsurprisingly, at least on the weekends, you will almost certainly have a wait. We were lucky to get a seat at the bar, but by the time our table was ready, there was a huge crowd stuffed into the front end. In the summer this may not be as big a deal, but on a cold winter evening, this could be annoying.Other than that, the atmosphere is cheerful and upbeat. The place being relatively new is as expected clean and bright.Selected the mushroom broth for the hot pot and it was delicious. Ample options make it interesting. The server was friendly and helpful in making selections. Not really.thwt big a deal as you just ask for it and they eventually bring it. It is just a little annoying, and I am sure over time they will get any bugs they have in their setup fixed. And everything else is with that little inconvenience, because all the food is fresh and delicious.A second trip for the BBQ was equally delicious, and unfortunately had the same issue with orders missing parts was still there. But it still isn't annoying enough to prevent me from returning again.“

“I moved to Ironbound from James Street Newark, on Saturday, March 21st. I was pointed to go to the Dunkin at 275 Chestnut. I used to go to the Dunkin at the Bergen Street Mall in Harrison for five plus years. I loved that place with Houda and her crew. They were the friendliest people that I ever met. I will miss them, so much. Now, that I am in Ironbound Newark, this Dunkin is the one that I will continue going to. They are so friendly, and nice and funny, too! The atmosphere is indescribable. The people that come in to eat are happy and very talkative. They are such a happy group of adults and grammar school aged kids. I will love coming here. This 275 Chestnut Street place is comparable to my old Dunkin at the Bergen Street Mall Harrison. I will still go back to my Harrison Dunkin place, when I can, once in a while, now and then. I will fall in love with this new Dunkin place at 275 Chestnut Street, Ironbound section of Newark NJ. It is so like my old Dunkin of Bergen Street Mall Harrison. I will grow used to coming here, very fast. It is a great and lively place to hang out in. I am going to love always coming here. The food is great, especially the sausage egg and cheese sandwiches on a croissant, and the loaded hash browns are worth every penny that you spend on them! The donuts coming up, with the large hot chocolate, are going to be great, as in my old Dunkin haunt, that I went to, for those over five years time! Thank you for a great Dunkin, so close to my new apartment on Malvern Street! I am going to love being in my new Dunkin! Yippee yappee yahoowee!!!“
