Yesterday on my way to work, I pulled up to drive-thru, ordered coffee and croissant, then when I got to window I realized I forgot my wallet at home. These two guys don't even know me, and they gave me my coffee and food and said no problem. Bring the money tomorrow.

When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. The gentleman helping us was friendly, courteous and so professional. We had 3 young kids with us so a lil hectic, man greeted us with friendly smiling face while asking how he can help, we werent ready yet and he was courteous and didnt rush and politely helped the next customer, got our orders explained the items cos i didnt know what to get since i dont go to dunkin often lol.
