“The owner here is very kind and cares of his business. He is always talking to his employees with care and wanting to find resolution to any problems they might have. When we went in, he was behind the counter helping and taking care of other parts of the shop. How truly amazing is that, that the owner of this location cares so much that he puts himself in the shoes of his employees and works hands on to make sure everything is taken care of?“

“Firstly, the donuts are delicious. Secondly, we ordered a set of custom donuts and they exceeded our expectations. The donuts didn't look like the examples of the colors they showed me... “This place is usually amazing but when we went in today my friend asked for a cup of water not the bottled water a cup. He was denied then I went up and the guy said yes and the lady behind him said no in a rude way. Then stated we have to buy something even though my friend the person who went up first literally bought something. When writing this I think they saw; they made us waters which are larger then the normal one that you get when you ask for a free water. Amazing place but was treated rudely. Still like it though.“

“Visiting Prince Donuts last week and spend some time with Fernando who is the owner and his daughter Stephanie who more or less runs that facility in Linden New Jersey. Prince donut produces a very wide variety of baked goods specializing in breakfast type items like muffins and pound cakes in addition to cookies, Black and Whites and more. It's a great business that provides many jobs for the local community while the bakery distributes product nationally and into the Caribbean islands. The family-owned business is very easy to work with and I've enjoyed my relationship with them for many years. Look for their products in the marketplace under the brands Fernando's Bakery, and American classic, and Marcia's Gourmet“

“I gave it 4 stars because I’ve never been to a Dunkin Donuts where they did not have pepper. I had an egg and cheese. Asked for a pepper packet and was told they don’t have pepper in the store at all. Very odd. My coffee is a bit weak. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is clean. General DD atmosphere

“This Dunkin Donuts in Cranford is not a Drive-thru. There is sufficient parking and is located next to a neighboring Drive-thru Starbucks and Dairy Queen. This DD becomes fairly packed so I would advise to have your order ready for pickup if you're in a rush.“

“This Dunkin is very friendly, accessible and convenient. It is spacious and I always see them cleaning which is nice. The servers are friendly and in particular one of the managers, Khem, is always extremely kind and super helpful! It is a high traffic area but they do their best to get people in and out and normally have a good amount of staff there to make it as quick as possible.“

When I walked in, it was evident that the guy behind the counter was working alone, yet he managed to handle everything efficiently. “My time there was great. Servers were nice, customers wished me a happy new year, and service was very fast. I had the bagel twist with cream cheese and a raspberry dragon fruit green tea refresher. Took like less than a minute for food to be prepared. Food was very good, and would recommend.“

“This is a well managed store. The crewmembers are empowered to prioritize customer service.

The employees enjoy working together. When traffic is low, they joke with each other, talk, clean, replenish, and maintain the dining room, equipment, and food prep areas. As soon as traffic picks up again, they are instantly on station providing quick and wlexcellent service.

I work as a clinical chaplain for a hospice provider. I sometimes have to spend time here working or preparing to work. This is how I have been able to observe for extended amounts of time.

What I do not like is that their corn muffins are not on the application menu, so I have to stand on line when I come in to pick up my order. This is across the board in every Dunkin' I have visited. They are always available, sometimes on display, but unavailable on the app. Also, in this, my favorite location, a recent remodel has resulted in only 10 seats.

“Great location, they open early and on time, they're efficient, the order comes out correctly everytime, and the employees seem to know what customer service is. All it takes for a chain coffee place to get 5 stars is those basics and yet most of them still cannot perform. This location does well, and it may be off the main road but worth it to not have a problem with every one item order.“

“This is a great find. Friendly people. Very cool location. I had a Korean Bulgogi Sandwich on an amazingly good plain bagel. What a creative a great tasting sandwich. The coffee was great. The people were very nice. I am not in this area often, but when I return, I will definitely stop in.“

We bought a couple orders of the bagel bites and it was cold, the cream cheese tasted rotten and the whole thing had a weird smell like a hospital smell. 🤮“
