L🧡VE DUNKIN D💗NUTS!! Energy cold brew is my favorite!! 😋😍 And I tried the Pink Macchiato today and L♡ved it!!
Power outage all over Berkeley heights , watchung, etc. and this Dunkin seemed to be the only place open in town!! Excellent service even with an overwhelming amount of customers

The manager even offered catering containers and followed up with a text to ensure everything was correct. Each pickup was on time, the coffee was hot and ready, and staff helped load everything into vehicles. Customers appreciate the overall excellent service and plan to use this location for future events.
However, some recent experiences have been disappointing. A customer bought six donuts but found them dried out with an awful aftertaste and plans to return them, feeling they should post when they were made. Others mentioned rude treatment when requesting a cup of water, with staff refusing or being unkind, despite the customer having purchased something. Although the place is generally amazing, these incidents show that occasional rudeness can happen, but many still enjoy their visits to Dunkin'.
