Nice staff. Well-made drinks. Comfortable seating.
Bathroom not clean. Crumbs on floor around chairs. Staff is very nice. Need a cleaner. Mess had to be from yesterday as I was in by 8am.

Starbucks Coffee Company in New Providence offers a selection of drinks and food that regulars find acceptable. However, the service and atmosphere are disappointing compared to other locations. Customers have noted unfriendly staff and inappropriate music played in the store. The coffee drinks can be inconsistent, with overheated lattes and a lack of quality in cappuccinos. Seating is described as uncomfortable, and the wait times can be excessively long, leading to some customers leaving without their orders. Overall, this location may not be ideal for those seeking a pleasant environment to work or study.
