I am a Starbucks regular. I have been going to this Starbucks everyday now for months. The drinks/food is completely fine here. On the other hand the service and atmosphere is not typical for a Starbucks. I am very familiar with all the staff that work here and they are not friendly and sometimes even rude compared to other locations. I was there the other day and the baristas were playing music with the work N word and other curse words/disturbing lyrics. This is very unacceptable...
Coffee drink was overheated latte. Music was relatively loud. Seating not very comfortable.
Ok to get drinks if you line the Starbucks selection. They should reduce the non coffee stuff, and start making much better coffee drinks especially the cappuccino and latte as done in italy. The milk foam should be smooth and rich. Maybe introduce a like of coffee drinks made Italian style?
