Firstly, the donuts are delicious. Secondly, we ordered a set of custom donuts and they exceeded our expectations. The donuts didn't look like the examples of the colors they showed me... THEY LOOKED BETTER. They ended up matching the color samples I sent them exactly. The transaction was easy/quick. We'll be back! <3
Just had the most pleasant experience with Courtney. She was kind and friendly. She worked fast but with a relaxed spirit and a smile on her face. She engaged with my little one while still making our donuts. Thank you Duck Donuts for having such a delightful individual on your staff. She deserves a raise.
