Carlos with making the drinks and my good friend whose name I forgot in the front and drive-through, SORRY. They have never gotten my order wrong, But we have to keep in mind that we are only human so there will be mistakes done, And that is fine. I work in the school next-door and I tend to pass by in the morning and they always get the drive-through flowing and moving smooth. The gentleman helping us was friendly, courteous and so professional. We had 3 young kids with us so a lil hectic, man greeted us with friendly smiling face while asking how he can help, we werent ready yet and he was courteous and didnt rush and politely helped the next customer, got our orders explained the items cos i didnt know what to get since i dont go to dunkin often lol. He went above and beyond giving options. provided our orders so fast and the other lady was also so sweet towards our kids. even offered small and tall straws 😄 who does that nowadays in fast food chains offering options ☺️ Also i asked for an extra cup and the lady gave it to me and the man also followed up of I got the extra cup since he was the one talkng the orders and the lady was the one maling the orders. Despite the rush, he remained attentive and patient, which greatly enhanced my visit.However, my positive experience took a hit when I needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, it was not in the best condition. It was evident that a previous customer had left it in a messy state, which was disappointing. I expected a higher level of cleanliness, especially considering the great service I had received at the counter.I understand that accidents happen, but maintaining restroom cleanliness should be a priority for any establishment. This aspect of my visit left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth, as it detracted from the overall positive impression I had of the Dunkin location.In conclusion, while the customer service at this Dunkin in Scotch Plains, NJ, was top-notch, I hope the management can pay more attention to restroom cleanliness to ensure a consistently pleasant experience for all customers. “Visiting Prince Donuts last week and spend some time with Fernando who is the owner and his daughter Stephanie who more or less runs that facility in Linden New Jersey. Prince donut produces a very wide variety of baked goods specializing in breakfast type items like muffins and pound cakes in addition to cookies, Black and Whites and more. It's a great business that provides many jobs for the local community while the bakery distributes product nationally and into the Caribbean islands. The family-owned business is very easy to work with and I've enjoyed my relationship with them for many years. Look for their products in the marketplace under the brands Fernando's Bakery, and American classic, and Marcia's Gourmet“

“From the outside this place looks like it is falling apart but I was pleasantly surprised when I went inside to see a very clean and upkept looking dunkin establishment. Staff was all super friendly and nice. And food was made quick. Sandwich came out great and my matcha was mixed very well so there was no power all clumped up at the bottom like how some locations do it. Very glad I did not judge a book by its cover and chose to get lunch here. Wonderful experience, will be coming back again.“
