My go to place for my daily coffee and refreshments. Yes, it gets busy depending on the time of the day, that’s why having an app is a great help, as you can order ahead of time. Staff are generally customer friendly, but have the habit of talking with their own language when conversing with each other - I personally have no problem with that, especially if it’s done to give a clear instruction to a coworker, but I understand how some customers find that rude or annoying....read full review
So, this has been my go-to Dunkin, and while I'll still end up going to it (out of convenience) this place runs out of stock very quickly. Also, four or five times, I have ordered the Avocado toast with bacon and it hadn't come with bacon (which is extra money mind you). I've been very disappointed with them lately.
