Lost my mobile order and waited a while before someone asking what my order was
I am the last person to leave a bad review but the customer service here is severely lacking. I understand being busy, but being rude and confrontational when others are approaching you kindly is ridiculous. Our food and drinks were fine, but we got everything but 2 food items within 12 minutes of ordering. I ordered the same drink twice in two consecutive days and it was wrong both times. It’s a regular menu item with no substitutions. The first time I ordered it I was asked, by the barista, what to put in it.
