I order from Longhorn at least once a week and at least twice a week on multiple occasions . My 11 y/o grand daughter loves their T-bone steaks. Usually she doesn't ask me to cut it up for her but tonight she did. Now it is my understanding there are two parts to a T-bone. The NY strip steak on one side of the bone and a filet mignon on the other. On my granddaughters steak there was the NY strip on one side and a filet that was gone on the other.
