The slowest Starbucks I've ever visited. Been living in this area for 9 months and this is the only stand alone Starbucks in the area. They desperately need either another Starbucks location around here or to over haul the workflow. Every time I come here, no matter the day or time, I'm waiting at least 15 minutes... Even with ordering a few minutes ahead! The excuse is always that they're understaffed but they'll have 7 people behind the counter and they'll have the drive thru closed on top of that. I've worked for Starbucks previously and I've worked in high volume coffee for over 5 years...this isn't an understaffing issue that I can tell, no one behind the counter is moving with any efficiency, there's a lot of wasted movements and back and forth and commentary etc and if anyone asks about a drink I've witnessed a shift lead get an attitude with them only to come back a minute later and say they lost the ticket and they're making it now. No apology for the sass. Also heard an employee comment very loudly to another employee with a dismissive and frankly gross tone "have you ever tried talking to someone that just CAN'T SEEM to understand English??" After a customer hadn't responded to them calling out the drink.... Seriously if there was another location anywhere near here I would never bother coming here again. They will also argue with you if they make your drink wrong. And God forbid you ask them to mix something for you.

Love love my service... Starbuck barista was so amazed that I ordered something she never made didn't get her name but staff here are awesome and friendly..I order the macchiato espresso four shots six sugars and whipped cream is my favorite and she did an awesome job great job girl whoever you are I'm sorry I didn't get your name but it's an awesome drink and you tell me you're going to try it so I hope you enjoy it as much as I do...

If you’re looking for a good way to start your day, come to Starbucks when Emily, Erin, and Christina are working. Every single morning I stop here before work and they always make my day 10000 times better! Each one of those ladies not only work hard to make me the best caramel macchiato ever, but they even go out of their way to really get to know their customers and make them smile. I always look forward to hearing Christina’s “question of the day” too. All three ladies have the best energy which is rare, especially at 6:30 in the morning. These ladies deserve to be recognized for their hard work and positivity that they bring to Starbucks in Piscataway.Thank you ladies for always making my day! :)

I didn’t grab their name but whoever was working the drivethru on 3/7 at 10:15 am was hands down the nicest worker I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. My friend and I appreciate him so much‼️‼️‼️

2nd visit in a row that the drive thru is closed.. why???? So now I’m forced to go inside and the customer in front of me wouldn’t stop talking to the employee to get out of my way for me to order. They BOTH saw me and made a comment like “oh I better move because I see the glances” uh YEAH! Took me 11!!! minutes to go in to get ONE drink! Grabbing my coffee on my commute to work… I don’t have time for this. Plus the lady in front of me was rude in the sense that she literally let the door close on me on the way in but that’s another story. ??

4/4! I liked the food, service, atmosphere and people. Free samples and question of the day made my visit extra delightful. I’m the type to go in and read for a few hours 1-2x/week, nursing a black coffee or cold brew before afternoon rolls around. Bringing my own reusable cup, I nab 25 stars when I make my order, and I sometimes remember to get a free refill (!) of cold brew before making my way elsewhere fully caffeinated.

Love Starbuckz but today l had the worst service I had in a long time. I am the only one in line inside and instead of just giving me my coffee she put it at the end of the counter. Im standing there waiting for my drink about 10 minutes. I had to ask werebis my coffee and she said its over there. With 10 other orders with no name. Please train your front end workers. I use to be one. Its not an easy job but a little sensitivity training might help.

I waited 30 mins for a latte. Definitely nonsense! They did not care about customers, and made drinks first for people they know. Never go this store again. They do not respect customers.
