This Dunkin Donuts in Cranford is not a Drive-thru. There is sufficient parking and is located next to a neighboring Drive-thru Starbucks and Dairy Queen. This DD becomes fairly packed so I would advise to have your order ready for pickup if you're in a rush.
Always stop here and place a mobile order on the way to work around 8:45AM just about every morning. My coffee is always ready for pickup fairly quickly and the staff is pretty nice whenever I talk to them. I have a pretty complicated coffee order and they are detail oriented enough to get the order right every time as well, they also have no problem fixing it for you if there is a problem.

Today I went to the Dunkin Donuts on North Ave East in Cranford NJ around 1pm. I had a great experience there. There was a young Indian woman working there & a lot of people came in at the same time.
